Hey, welcome to Cup of  Comfort! We’re pumped to help you brew up some personalized coffee bags. These Terms of Service (or “Terms”) are the rules for using our website and ordering from us. By browsing, shopping, or uploading photos, you’re agreeing to stick to these. Let’s keep it simple and get into it!

Who We Are

Cup of Comfort is an online spot where you can design coffee bags with your own photos. We’re a dropship setup—meaning we team up with roasters and printers to make and ship your order. Our gig is connecting folks through coffee, one custom bag at a time.

 

Using Our Site

You’re welcome to poke around and shop, but play nice:

  • No hacking, scraping, or spamming—keep it legit.

  • You’ve got to be 13 or older to use our site (sorry, kiddos).

  • Everything here (design, text, vibe) is ours—don’t copy it without asking.

Ordering Stuff

Here’s how it works:

  • Pick a bag design, upload a photo, choose your coffee, and check out.

  • Prices are as listed (taxes and shipping added at the end).

  • We’ll confirm your order via email—if something’s off (like a blurry pic), we’ll holler.

Photo Uploads

Your photos make this special, but they’ve got rules—check our Photo Upload Terms and Conditions for the full scoop. Short version:

  • Keep it appropriate (no nudity, violence, hate).

  • You own it or have permission to use it.

  • We can say no if it doesn’t fit.

Payment
  • We take credit/debit cards, Klarna, afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay —all secure.

  • You pay when you order; no cash-on-delivery here.

  • If payment fails, we’ll pause your order till it’s sorted.

Shipping & Delivery
  • We dropship, so timing depends on our partners—expect 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout—no surprises.

  • Once it’s out the door, we’ll send a tracking link if we’ve got one.

Returns & Refunds

Custom stuff’s tricky, so here’s the deal:

  • If we mess up (wrong coffee, bad print), we’ll fix it—email us within 14 days at sales@cupofcomfort.coffee.

  • No returns just because you changed your mind (it’s made for you!).

  • Refunds go back how you paid, minus shipping if it’s already sent.

Our Promises (and Limits)
  • We’ll do our best to get your order right and on time.

  • Stuff happens—delays, stock issues, or tech glitches. We’re not liable for things out of our control (think storms or supplier hiccups).

  • Your coffee bag’s for sipping and gifting, not reselling under our name (yet).

Your Responsibility
  • Double-check your photo, address, and order details—mistakes there are on you.

  • If your photo gets us in hot water (copyright claims, angry exes), you handle it—we’re not on the hook. Again, please see our Photo Upload Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property
  • Our logo, site, and bag designs? That’s ours—don’t swipe ’em.

  • Your photo stays yours—we just use it to make your bag, then it’s gone.

Termination
  • We can boot you off if you break these rules (e.g., uploading banned pics).

  • You can walk away anytime—just don’t order again if you’re done.

Legal Bits
  • These Terms follow Maryland law.

  • Disputes? Let’s chat first—if that flops, we will seek appropriate council.

  • If part of this doesn’t hold up legally, the rest still stands.

Changes to These Terms
  • We might update this as we grow. New version goes here, and it applies to orders after that.

  • Big changes? We’ll ping you if we’ve got your email.
