Photo Upload Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cup of Comfort! We’re stoked to help you brew up some personal vibes with your custom photo coffee bags. To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone’s on the same page, we’ve got some ground rules for the photos you upload. By submitting a photo to us, you’re agreeing to follow these terms. So, let’s dive in!

Your Responsibility

You’re the one uploading the photo, so it’s on you to make sure it’s good to go. That means:

You either own the photo or have full permission from the owner to use it (no sneaky stuff!).
It’s appropriate for all audiences—think family-friendly vibes that won’t raise eyebrows on a coffee bag.

What’s Not Allowed

We’ve got a no-go list for content. Don’t upload anything that includes:

Nudity or Explicit Content: No naked folks, suggestive poses, or anything NSFW.
Violence or Gore: Nothing bloody, gory, or threatening.
Hate or Discrimination: No symbols, words, or images that promote hate based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or anything else.
Illegal Stuff: No drugs, weapons, or anything that breaks the law where you’re at—or where we’re at.
Copyrighted Material: Don’t send us someone else’s art, logos, or photos unless you’ve got the rights.
Offensive Junk: No profanity, crude jokes, or anything that’d make your grandma blush.

Our Right to Say No

We’re not here to judge your photo skills, but we’ve got the final say. If we think a photo doesn’t fit these rules—or just doesn’t vibe with our brand—we can reject it. No hard feelings, just keeping things comfy for everyone. If we nix it, we’ll let you know and give you a chance to upload something else.

Quality Check

Photos need to look decent on a coffee bag, so make sure they’re:

High-resolution (at least 300 DPI recommended—blurry pics won’t cut it).
Sized right for the bag design you pick (we’ll give you the specs when you order). If it’s too fuzzy or won’t print well, we might ask for a better version.

Your Permissions

By uploading a photo, you’re telling us:

You’ve got the legal right to use it (no stealing from Google Images!).
You’re cool with us printing it on your coffee bag and shipping it out as part of your order.
If it’s got people in it, you’ve got their okay to use their likeness (don’t put your ex on a bag without asking!).

Our Liability

We’re not cops or lawyers—we’re just making coffee bags. We’ll do our best to catch anything sketchy, but if something slips through, it’s not on us. You’re responsible for what you upload, and we’re not liable for any legal messes that come up from it (like if someone sues over their face being on your bag).

Consequences

If you break these rules, we can:

Reject your photo and cancel your order (with a refund if we haven’t started printing).
Ban you from uploading more pics if it’s a repeat thing.
Report it to the authorities if it’s seriously illegal (we’ve got to cover our bases).

Changes to These Terms

We might tweak this page down the road. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here, and it’ll apply to any uploads after that. Check back before you submit to stay in the loop.
